Le Chapitre Internet Society Cameroun, membre de la Global Encryption Coalition organise à Douala le 22 Octobre une conférence sur le chiffrement avec pour thème : L’importance du chiffrement pour la protection de la vie privée sur Internet.
La Journée mondiale du chiffrement est une journée d’action annuelle, au cours de laquelle des organisations de la société civile, des entreprises, des technologues et des millions d’internautes à travers le monde se réunissent pour promouvoir, protéger et défendre un chiffrement fort. C’est l’occasion de démontrer pourquoi un cryptage fort est important afin de sécuriser les communications sur internet et par conséquent garantir la vie privée des utilisateurs.
La conférence se tiendra sous le format hybride.

The Internet Society Cameroon Chapter, member of the Global Encryption Coalition is organizing a conference on encryption in Douala on October 22 with the theme: The importance of encryption for the protection of privacy on the Internet.
World Encryption Day is an annual day of action, where civil society organizations, businesses, technologists and millions of internet users around the world come together to promote, protect and defend strong encryption. This is an opportunity to demonstrate why strong encryption is important in order to secure communications on the Internet and therefore guarantee the privacy of users.
The conference will be held in the hybrid format.
